Sinartogel Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

This terms and conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and sinartogel ("Platform", "We"). It governs your use of the sinartogel.one website and all services, games, and features available on it.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sinartogel platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

To register and use the sinartogel platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on sinartogel at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, IP address, or banking information is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name as per your ID card, ID card number, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. The identity verification (KYC) process will be carried out automatically and may require additional supporting documents before your first withdrawal is approved.

• Your full name must match the name on a valid government-issued identification document.
• The registered bank account number must be in the same user's name — third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the sinartogel support team within 7 days.
• Your password must not be shared with any other party and must be changed regularly.

• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be approved.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.) are processed within 1–3 hours on business days.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by sinartogel are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new user.
• The rollover (re-wagering) requirement must be met before any bonus-related amount can be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover ratio is between 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type — check the individual terms of each promotion.
• Bonus abuse, such as systematically placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, is prohibited.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized tools to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.

• Wins arising from software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.

Sinartogel users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any similar technology to play is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors for personal gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities.
• Abusing bonus or promotion programs with fraudulent intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards customer support staff.

• Processing delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

Sinartogel's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Sinartogel reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
